LinkedIn is widely used in Europe by professionals, companies and recruiters to build relationships with clients and suppliers, develop their careers and find job opportunities. LinkedIn also takes moderation decisions: on illegal content, fake or misleading profiles, manipulated recommendations, and on accounts, which are sometimes suspended without explanation.
If LinkedIn suspended your account, removed your content or reduced its visibility, or did not act on a notice you sent it, and LinkedIn's internal complaint system did not change the decision, Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) lets you ask ADR Center, a body certified by AGCOM, for a free independent review through its ODS service. Independent experts examine LinkedIn's decision and issue a non-binding decision. Nobody can promise the outcome in advance.
Fake or manipulated profiles: accounts that do not represent real people or genuine companies, reported and left online.
Deceptive or misleading content: posts or articles spreading disinformation that LinkedIn does not act on after your notice.
Accounts suspended without explanation: you can no longer manage your profile or reach your network and clients.
Fake recommendations or endorsements: inauthentic endorsements reported and not removed.
Notices left unanswered: LinkedIn did not remove illegal posts, comments or profiles you reported.
Reduced visibility: LinkedIn limited the reach of your content or your profile.
