For many years ADR Center has worked in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), particularly in civil and commercial disputes resolved outside the courtroom. In this work it aims for efficient, fair and agreed solutions that meet the needs of businesses and individuals.
ADR Center is certified as an out-of-court dispute settlement body (ODS) by the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM), under resolution 501/24/CONS. AGCOM is the authority designated as the Digital Services Coordinator for Italy. Certification requires independence, impartiality and expertise.
As a certified body, ADR Center handles cases from users in all Member States of the European Union about decisions taken by online platforms, under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). In this way it contributes to trust, accountability and transparency in the digital environment.
Whether the matter is a civil dispute or a decision by an online platform, ADR Center offers a neutral and impartial process.
