ODS Service - Temu

Temu

Temu is an e-commerce platform offering all kinds of products at very competitive prices. Besides selling, Temu takes moderation decisions: it can suddenly suspend an account without a clear explanation, remove content or leave online misleading listings you reported to it.

If you disagree with one of these decisions and Temu's internal complaint system did not change the decision, Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) lets you ask ADR Center, a body certified by AGCOM, for a free independent review through its ODS service. Independent experts examine Temu's decision and issue a non-binding decision. Items that differ from their description, shipping, returns and refunds are outside this procedure.

Temu decisions you can have reviewed (DSA Article 21)

Accounts suspended or restricted without clear communication of the reasons.

Misleading listings or unlawful content that Temu leaves online after your notice.

Outside this procedure: orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.

Digital platforms you can open a case about

Under the Digital Services Act (Article 21), you can ask for an independent review of a decision taken by an online platform, such as the removal of content or the suspension of an account, after filing an internal complaint with the platform. Here you will find the main digital platforms, from Amazon to Facebook and from TikTok to Booking, with clear information on how the process works.
