ODS Service - AliExpress International

AliExpress International

AliExpress International is an e-commerce platform where people buy products from international sellers. Like any marketplace, it takes moderation decisions: it can remove a listing or a review, suspend a seller's or a buyer's account, or leave online content you reported to it as illegal or deceptive, such as misleading advertising, a counterfeit product or a suspicious review.

If you disagree with one of these decisions and AliExpress's internal complaint system did not change the decision, Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) lets you ask ADR Center, a body certified by AGCOM, for a free independent review through its ODS service. Independent experts examine AliExpress's decision and issue a non-binding decision. Orders, shipping, returns and refunds are outside this procedure.

Listings with misleading images or descriptions that AliExpress does not remove

Fake or manipulated reviews left online, or your own reviews removed

Offensive or illegal content linked to products that AliExpress does not remove

Seller or buyer accounts suspended without a clear explanation

Digital platforms you can open a case about

Under the Digital Services Act (Article 21), you can ask for an independent review of a decision taken by an online platform, such as the removal of content or the suspension of an account, after filing an internal complaint with the platform. Here you will find the main digital platforms, from Amazon to Facebook and from TikTok to Booking, with clear information on how the process works.
