Amazon Services Europe runs the Amazon marketplace, used for online shopping and by sellers to manage their accounts. The commercial relationship, meaning orders, deliveries, returns and refunds, is outside this procedure. What falls under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) is Amazon's moderation decisions: removing or keeping reviews and listings (misleading content, counterfeit products, misleading advertising), deciding on illegal or offensive material reported to it, and suspending an account, sometimes without a clear explanation.
If you have already challenged the decision through Amazon's internal complaint-handling system, Article 21 of the DSA lets you ask a certified body for an independent review of that decision. ADR Center, which offers the ODS service, is an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by AGCOM: the review is free for you, it is carried out by independent experts and the decision is non-binding.
If Amazon left online illegal content you had reported to it, or suspended your account without adequate reasons, you can open a case about Amazon's decision.
