Booking.com is a widely used online booking platform in Europe, where travellers find hotels, apartments and other accommodation. Booking.com also takes decisions on content: it can leave online fake or manipulated reviews, misleading property descriptions, outdated listings or deceptive advertising that you reported to it, or remove one of your reviews. In some cases an account is suspended without a clear explanation.
If you disagree with one of these decisions and Booking.com's internal complaint system did not change the decision, Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) lets you ask ADR Center, a body certified by AGCOM, for a free independent review through its ODS service. Independent experts examine Booking.com's decision and issue a non-binding decision.

Misleading property descriptions not corrected after your notice
Photos that do not match reality, notified and left online
Non-transparent advertising or misleading promotions notified and not removed
Outdated or incomplete listings that Booking.com does not act on after your notice
