Discord is a widely used platform for chatting, building communities and sharing content in real time, especially among gamers and digital creators. Because it is a very open space, Discord often takes moderation decisions: on messages with illegal content, servers spreading prohibited material, harassment or spam, and on accounts, which are sometimes suddenly suspended without a clear explanation.
If Discord suspended your account or removed your content, or did not act on a notice you sent it, and Discord's internal complaint system did not change the decision, Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) lets you ask ADR Center, a body certified by AGCOM, for a free independent review through its ODS service. Independent experts examine Discord's decision and issue a non-binding decision. Private conversations between individual users are outside this procedure.
Illegal or prohibited content (for example hate speech) notified and left online
Aggressive spam or fraudulent messages in servers that Discord does not act on
Harassment or abusive behaviour in servers, notified and left unanswered
Dangerous links or harmful content notified and not removed
Accounts suspended or banned without a clear explanation
