How our ODS service works (Art. 21 DSA)

ADR Center is a Dispute Resolution Body (DRP) recognized under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065) and operating throughout the European Union.

We provide a free and transparent online channel for users to submit complaints about illegal content, suspended accounts, or reduced monetization by digital platforms.

The process consists of three simple steps: submitting the report online, guided interaction with the Decision Maker and the platform, and a non-binding decision within 90 days. The Decision Makers are professionals with at least 10 years of experience in ADR, guaranteeing impartiality and expertise.
